- You will maintain incoming mails (physical and digital).
- You will conduct inventory of equipment and supplies.
- You will be in charge of our office supplies.
- You will manage our facilities and help us take our office space to the next level.
- You will work on improving and automating our process.

- You will support to organise team events (both physically and digitally).
- You will plan and organise fun, delicious and healthy team lunches.
- You will support our to organise internal training days.

- You have a hands-on mentality.

- You have strong communication and people skills.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English, Dutch and French is a plus.
Your Background.
- Background in Office Management, Management Assistant, Human Resources.
