Designing a full-service, digital, open e-charging solution for employers and employees

Bundl worked closely with Telenet to lay the groundwork for Blossom, crafting its value proposition, operational framework, and business model. We also spearheaded the partnership between Telenet, Unit-T, Arval, Optimile and BNPPF, ensuring alignment and buy-in from each side. Optimile, a BNPPF startup, supplied the software for the charging stations, while Arval, a BNPPF subsidiary, provided vital user insights and an advanced POC with access to their B2B customer base. This approach enabled us to leverage the strengths of each partner to shape Blossom's venture proposition.
