She has a heart for customer experience, efficiency, and quality design in both services and products.

Adding strategic business design to the mix opened up new opportunities for her as it created depth and provided vision.

Outside of work, Sterre is a real foodie and is always ready to throw a dinner party. To unwind from her busy mind, she likes yoga from time to time, or a nice walk with a true crime or history podcast for company.
