As the HR Intern at Bundl, you will be an integral part of our People team, focusing on project-based assignments aimed at improving our HR processes and contributing to the workforces' overall satisfaction.

Plan and execute a series of employee engagement activities and celebrations to strengthen our company culture, boost morale, and enhance team cohesion.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our compensation and benefits packages, benchmarking against industry standards, and making recommendations for enhancements to attract and retain top talent.
Implement a cafetaria plan based on our employees’ wants and needs, and the market’s offerings.
