Job Description
Challenge
Key Responsibilities.
As the HR Intern at Bundl, you will be an integral part of our People team, focusing on project-based assignments aimed at improving our HR processes and contributing to the workforces' overall satisfaction.
HR Project Management
- Collaborate with People team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and objectives.
- Conduct research and gather relevant data to support project initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of a project, take charge of the project operations, and know how and when to pivot.
- Communicate with managers and business partners on deliverables, timelines, and support required.
- Create and maintain project documentation and reports.
Examples of what you could be working on
Contracting
Develop a streamlined framework for managing freelancers, part-time, and full-time employees, ensuring efficient onboarding, contract management, and compliance.
Growth - L&D
Create a customised Learning & Development program that aligns with our company goals and employee needs, offering a blend of courses and mentorship opportunities.
Culture
Plan and execute a series of employee engagement activities and celebrations to strengthen our company culture, boost morale, and enhance team cohesion.
Compensation & benefits
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our compensation and benefits packages, benchmarking against industry standards, and making recommendations for enhancements to attract and retain top talent.
Implement a cafetaria plan based on our employees’ wants and needs, and the market’s offerings.

Note: Our internships are unpaid; however, we do provide remuneration to cover lunch and travel expenses for our interns.

Your Expertise.
- You have a background in HR, Office Management, Applied Psychology (Payroll or labour and organization), or Work and Organizational Psychology.
- Working with people gives you energy, you can easily see someone else’s point-of-view.
- You are a fun and true team player but also have the ability to work autonomously.
- You're not afraid to communicate your ideas and feedback with us, but you're also eager to get feedback yourself.
- You have the ability to research and apply legal rules and documents (a first experience with Social law is a plus).
- You possess good analytical skills, combined with organisational and time management skills.
- You are fluent in writing and speaking English and Dutch.
