Bundl helped Wolters Kluwer reimagine their customer journey in a cloud environment, creating the first UI/UX mockups of how it would look and feel. We also spearheaded the validation process, running a focus group and partnering with the Wolters Kluwer team to facilitate one-on-one interviews. The overall process involved creating a detailed roadmap to go from MVP to an integrated cloud ecosystem of accounting tools.
