OBI teamed up with Bundl and two other partnering companies to explore new opportunities within a new value proposition to extend OBI’s offering in the moving space.
Bundl took the lead in the ideation and validation of new business models. This included extensive market research, as well as running several value proposition and business model workshops. The two strongest value propositions were selected from a pool of 23. Each one was digitally validated using smoke tests, search ads, social ads, and dedicated landing pages. Additional lean validation methods included customer interviews and surveys. Both solutions were presented in the form of an investment pitch, which included an implementation roadmap.
